Are you a 2^nd or 3^rd line IT support technician looking to join a growing business?

I’m currently looking to recruit an 2nd line support technician/3^rd line support technician to join the team within a rapidly expanding business.

You will provide first class customer service to all users and provide initial resolution of incidents where possible. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who will be comfortable looking for ways to improve products and current systems and processes.

THE ROLE:

• Be the point of contact for all customers

• Provide technical support on queries received by phone or by email

• Ensure accurate data input of customer ticket information

• Maintain end to end ownership of incidents

• Monitor and complete the ticket call queue

• Fulfil service requests to guarantee consistency and quality of service

• Escalate calls when additional or higher-level support is needed

• Be an active and engaged team member, focussing on workflow efficiency and completion

• Attend departmental meetings as required, contributing as necessary

• Provide regular updates on progress to relevant teams and individuals

THE PERSON:

• Previous experience within a 2^nd line IT support role providing excellent customer service

• Experienced in Microsoft office 365

• Azure experience is advantageous

• Ability to quickly understand requirements

• Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise

• Excellent interpersonal skills both face to face and over the phone

• Strong organisational and administration skills

• Friendly, flexible and helpful attitude
