Due to growth, my client is seeking an Account Handler to join their team in Gloucester. You will ideally have 1 or 2 years commercial broking experience or account handling experience. Offering a starting salary of £24,000 – £28,000 per annum, fantastic career progression opportunities within a lovely team.
WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday, 9 – 5

The role of the Account Handler is to provide support to Account Executives in the running of the client portfolio. The Account Handler is the first point of contact for all client and provider queries and issues as they arise and is expected to have the skills and knowledge to understand what actions are required to meet the expectations of all parties.
THE ROLE:
• Assist the Account Executives with client books, negotiating terms, inviting renewals, dealing with mid-term adjustments and handling claims.
• Look after your own book of accounts.
• Be the first point of contact for day to day enquiries from clients, providers and other internal and external sources.
