£11.98 per hour

About the Role

In this role, you will be the front door for the majority of council services and working with the Blue Badge Team reporting to the Blue Badge Team Manager. You will play a major role in assessing applications for disabled parking badges.

Working in this small, busy team you will be expected to combine excellent IT skills with a strong customer focus in order to assess and issue blue badges to the applicants who meet the criteria. This role requires excellent organisation, an ability to work under pressure and on occasions to tight deadlines. You will be working using National guidelines and procedures and will need to maintain accurate records on our blue badge database.
