Admin Assistant

Admin Assistant- Permanent

3-4 days a week with flexible hours

Located near Ross on Wye

£11.50 – £12.50 per hour

Own transport required due to location 

 

Responsibilities –

  • Dealing with customers front of house in our showroom, as well as over the phone and by email.
  • Dealing with online booking requests and any online queries (full training provided)
  • Greeting customers turning up for their booking appointment offering excellent customer service
  • Collecting and dealing with health and safety forms

 

Skills and knowledge –

  • Reliable and Trustworthy.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Follow processes and produces in place.
  • Confident using computer software programmes.
  • Excellent customer skills
