Admin Coordinator

Are you an enthusiastic individual with an administration or coordination background?

My client is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their fun team in Gloucester. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a growing business with fantastic career progression opportunities and a great office environment. This a full time, permanent position, offering a starting salary of £23,000, plus great benefits as detailed below.

THE ROLE:

  • Liaise with different teams and departments. 
  • Coordinating. 
  • Uploading data onto the system and ensuring this is accurate. 
  • Ensure projects run smoothly. 
  • Responding to client queries. 
  • Completeing job packs and communicating with workers on site. 

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Customer service or administration background. 
  • Outgoing and friendly personality. 
  • Computer literate. 
  • Confident communicating with customers over the phone or face to face.
