Admin IT Support - NHS

Long Term Temp Opportunity working for NHS.

Location Gloucester

Payrate £13.50 per hour

Reporting to the IT lead, you will be responsibly for ensuring IT equipment is ready for deployment, this includes the lifecycles stages of IT devices, such as asset management and device inventory, configuration and installation of endpoints through to removal, and then disposal. 

The role itself is deploying laptops and PCs across the Trust – The main focus of this role is to provide a highly efficient and professional service.

Key skills: –

• Confident and effective user of MS Office packages inc Word, Outlook

• Ability to accurately undertake data entry to log stock

• Proven customer service skills

• Strong organisational skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

• Demonstrates commitment to customer service excellence.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Effective teamwork.

• Effective communicator with all levels of staff
