Admin - Long Term Temp (Immediate Start)

Location:Hereford

Salary:£11.50 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm or 9am – 5:30pm

We are currently looking for administrative support within our clients Customs team to help with data processing.

The role –

• The main tasks that the individual will be required to complete are as follows:
• To prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
• To check documents for accuracy
• To verify data and correct data where necessary
• To obtain further information for incomplete documents
• To combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
• To enter data from source documents into customs software
• To check completed work for accuracy
• To store completed documents in designated locations
