Administrator - Credit Control

Working in Gloucester as a Credit Control Administrator, you will provide support to the credit control team through various administrative tasks. Working Monday – Friday with a salary of £12.50 – £14.50 and hybrid working opportunities available after training, this is a great opportunity for someone wanting temporary work either ongoing or whilst waiting for a new job or to fill a gap.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Posting and allocating customer receipts and cheques onto the customer accounts.
• Credit checking and opening new customer accounts.
• Managing credit limits.
• Administration of new customer accounts.
• Answer phone calls / emails, responding to queries raised through the Credit Team inbox.
• Communicating with the purchase ledger regarding suppliers’ refunds and payment transfers.

Skills and Attributes:

• Experience using Microsoft Office software including Excel.
• Strong organisation skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
