Administrator – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
The Opportunity
Due to exciting new instructions and continued growth, we are seeking Administrators to join our Admin team on a 12-month fixed term contract at our new offices.
The Role
This post, in a fast-paced environment, will require you to provide reliable, accurate and high-quality day to day administrative support to our Consultant Team, whilst working as an integral part of our Administration Team.
Your Skills
You will have experience in formatting and proof reading adhering to quality standards. Demonstrate proactivity and initiative in managing your own time and workload, and be able to balance demands from consultants, clients and other project managers, with the ability to work under pressure whilst keeping an eye for detail and accuracy.
It will be essential that you have strong Microsoft Word skills. Experience with a Document Management System is desirable to allow for efficient and consistent document production.
You will be positive, proactive, friendly and a professional individual who will enjoy and flourish working in a team-centred environment. Additionally, you will be organised, reliable, and able to multitask under high expectations, pressure and workload deadlines.
It Is essential that you have GCSEs including Maths and English at a grade C or above (or equivalent) and be confident with the Microsoft Office Suite.
In addition to the right qualifications and experience you will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be personable, passionate, and proactive. You will be able to work effectively on your own and as part of a team, you will also have full right to work in the UK.
