Customer Service administrator – fluent in Arabic
-Cheltenham
-8.30am-5pm/9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday
-£22,000 plus benefits (Package worth £27k)

This is a great opportunity for a bilingual graduate fluent in another language with customer service or administration experience to work within an international organisation.

This is a varied role with the opportunity for you to become a specialist within your area whilst working in a friendly and dynamic office.  You will answer queries received from around the world in writing and over the telephone, and complete initial checks on new applications. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded organisation with multiple career progression opportunities and the possibility of international travel.

Responsibilities:

-Processing customer enquiries providing excellent service

-Log enquiries in a records database

-Ensure payments from customers are logged and sent for processing

-Process and respond to enquiries within expected timeframes

-Provide general administrative support

-Develop strong working knowledge of your specialist area

-Occasional opportunities to represent the company at external events

The ideal applicant will have:

-A Bachelor, Postgraduate, or Masters degree 

-Fluent verbal and written language skills in English and arabic – although Romanian/Russian/Polish/French/Spanish/German/Greek will be considered

-Meticulous attention to detail and ability to organise time effectively

-Excellent team working skills

-Excellent customer service skills

-Experience of working in a busy office based environment is advantageous

-Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude

-Professional, courteous

-Ability to thrive and remain calm, polite and patient under pressure
