RE Recruitment’s hospitality division are in search of an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a permanent position in a spectacular hotel in Worcestershire, with 3AA Rosettes and Michelin Guide listed. The restaurant serves locally sourced, luxurious, menu items, and serves dinner each evening. From January they will open for afternoon tea also. There is also a more secluded, private, chef’s table restaurant serving a theatrical 8 course tasting menu, using unusual culinary techniques. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be a business minded proffessional with demonstable experience of succeeding in a similar role. You will be responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the restaurants, you will have exceptional service skills, and be guest focused. You will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager, in developing the restaurant team, and carrying out routine management duties, such as stock counts, ordering, and have a good understanding of margins and maximising profit.
