Bilingual Customer Service Administrator 

-Cheltenham (2 days pw from home after probation)
-8.30am-5pm/9am-5pm , Monday-Friday
-£22,000 starting (Package worth £27k based on business performance)

Are you a bilingual graduate, looking to join a prestigious organisation with excellent career progression opportunities?

Due to expansion a great opportunity for a bilingual graduate with good customer service, attention to detail and written communication skills has become available.

This is a varied role with the opportunity for you to become a specialist within your subject area whilst working in a friendly and dynamic office.  You will provide key administrative support, answering queries received from around the world in writing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded organisation with multiple career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • A range of administrative tasks, checking documentation
  • Processing customer enquiries in a timely manner providing excellent service
  • Log enquiries in a records database
  • Develop strong working knowledge of your specialist area
  • Assisting in the delivery of projects and training
  • Occasional opportunities to represent the company at external events

The ideal applicant will have:

  • A Bachelor, Postgraduate, or Masters degree 
  • Fluent verbal and written language skills in English and another language
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to organise time effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience of working in a busy office-based environment is advantageous
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude
  • Professional, courteous
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Ability to thrive and remain calm, polite and patient under pressure
