-Cheltenham (opportunity for 2 days pw from home after probation)
-8.30am-5pm/9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
-£25,200 starting (Package worth £32k based on business performance)

This role is full of responsibilities which give you the opportunity to become a specialist within your subject area, whilst working in a friendly and dynamic office.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer enquiries in a timely manner providing excellent service
• Build excellent working relationships with key customers
• Upsell services to key customers
• Develop strong working knowledge of your specialist area
• Provide feedback on customer and market demands
• Complete reports and tracking customer requirements

The ideal applicant will have:

• A Bachelor, Postgraduate, or Masters degree from a university
• Fluent verbal and written language skills in English and another language
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to organise time effectively
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience of working in a busy office-based environment is advantageous
• Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude
• Professional, courteous
• Excellent team working skills
• Ability to work under pressure
