–      £32,000 + OTE’s of £45,000+

Are you an estate agent/sales negotiator/sales progressor looking for a new opportunity?

Recruiting for an Estate Agent or sales/business development professional from the property sector to build sales within the property technology sector.

You’ll be working to source, prospect, qualify, demonstrate-to and close new business.

Target new businesses by proactively reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads and arranging meetings with development companies across the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Generate B2B leads through a combination of avenues like Linkedin, Outreach, cold calls/emails, your own network to keep generating a pipeline.
• Establishing yourself as a product expert, you will be booking in and eventually leading professional product demonstrations whilst answering any questions our future customers have
• Build strong business relationships with key customer decision makers.
• Provide consultative selling to all customer enquiries ensuring excellent customer service
• Manage the sales process, from receipt of enquiry through to quoting including preparing, sending and presenting sales
• Work closely with the wider team to develop key businesses including renewals and upselling
• Measuring and reporting on sales metrics and performance, including monthly forecasts

The candidate:

• Previous experience of working to and achieving targets.
• Previous experience in the property sector/land management/estate management/land development sector
• Ideally have previous exposure to lead generation tools 
• Proven ability to effectively set and manage customer expectations
• Highly motivated, tenacious and resilient
• Organisation and planning

• Confident interpersonal skills
