CAD/Revit Technician

Immediate Start available

£30-40k DOE

Gloucester

A well-established mechanical/electrical contractor are looking to appoint a CAD technician/Revit technician/BIM Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving building services business to work closely with the ME design team on construction projects in various sectors.

The Role:

  • Lead on projects coordinating with multi-disciplined design teams using REVIT MEP software
  • Preparing Revit models and or CAD drawings from Engineer’s sketches
  • Preparing drawing packages for issue to clients and external parties.
  • Communicate with Engineers & other members of the CAD team
  • Experience in the latest version of Revit and AutoCAD.

The Person:

  • Good understanding of Revit and AutoCAD
  • Interest in the M&E draughting
  • Experience of using BIM applications within an engineering or construction environment
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines and to be calm under pressure
  • Good communication and team working skills
