We are currently recruiting for a Campaign Manager to play an important tactical role contributing to the Marketing Strategy of our client’s UK and Irelands’ headquarters.
This position will partner with UK based Sales, Operations, Engineering and Finance Teams to drive key growth initiatives.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be required to collaborate well with colleagues across the globe.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Work on creation and executing UK based tactical campaigns, packaging, merchandising, web/online social media, events, promotions, and other critical elements in our Client’s mix.
- Communicates with internal and external company stakeholders and customers the pertinent details of the Customer’s Advantage – superior products, service and after-sales support that result in an enviable brand position.
- Deliver MRDs (Market Requirement Document) in conjunction with Product Manager to provide data to validate the potential for the new product or service required.
- Helps build promotional and public relations programmes, co-ordinating the execution of these efforts with internal teams and appropriate outside vendors
- Supports effective advertising efforts, public relations, online and tradeshow participation
- Supervise creation of printed and online sales materials, helping to shape customer communications with relevant information
Education, skills and Experience
- Marketing or business qualification
- 3-5 years Marketing experience would be advantageous
- Home improvement building and/ or plumbing product experience advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in Category management or trade marketing desirable, together with consumer packaged goods marketing, sales or promotion.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong collaboration and project management skills
- Self-starter with ability to effectively organize complex projects
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient on PC/Mac computer plus programs such as PPT Excel and any other automation tools
