We are looking for support workers to join our team in Shrewsbury supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.

What is a support worker?
A support worker is great at building relationships, kind, respectful, patient and engages with physical/recreational activities.
The working day is varied and could include a range of activities, from supporting someone to do their weekly shop to going swimming with them. You will be making a difference to someone’s life every day.
The most important qualities for a support worker to have; are kindness, patience, and compassion.
Most of our roles will include personal care and managing medication.
You will be joining the team in Shrewsbury supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism in their own homes.
We are looking for team players, someone who is a good communicator, flexible, a good listener, empathetic and has a good sense of humour.
