We are currently recruiting chefs of all levels from Chef de Parties, right through to Junior Sous. Those aspiring to be the future talent and playing a key role in the success of the brigade. You will be working for one of the brightest brands in hospitality.

As a Chef, you will:
– Be highly motivated, positive and talented
– Be innovative and have a passion for developing new dishes and menus.
– Prepare, cook and present dishes within your speciality.
– Support, mentor and train any talented junior chefs in the brigade
– Work in a fast paced kitchen offering various food offerings to our guests
– Ensure you and your team have highest of standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health and safety.

You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop, and have the opportunity to join one of our Chef Apprenticeship Programmes.
