Class 1 HGV Driver – General Haulage

Location: B6 7AT, Birmingham

Type: Full-Time, Ongoing Work

Salary: £14.50 – £17.50 per hour, Per Loaded Vehicle

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Job Responsibilities:

Perform 2-6 drops per day, efficiently managing delivery schedules.

Operate Class 1 HGV vehicles with the highest regard for safety and compliance.

Load and unload goods responsibly, ensuring the security and integrity of the cargo.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries and complete required documentation.

Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional customer service when interacting with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

Valid Class 1 HGV license with CPC certification.

Proven experience in general haulage and multi-drop deliveries.

Strong understanding of road safety regulations and traffic laws.

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and delivery routes.
