Class 2 Refuge Driver

Class 2 HGV LGV CAT C Refuse driver required permanently in Hereford

Our highly reputable client based in Hereford is looking for a Class 2 CAT C HGV LGV refuse driver to assist with their deliveries around the UK. The client, a rising company within the transport industry, offers you job security as well as real progression opportunities to develop within your career. The vehicles are well maintained, dust-carts. This role will therefore be physically demanding due to the lifting of waste products as well as multi-drop.

The client will consider new pass Class 2 drivers who are looking for their first opportunity to gain experience driving in your first HGV position.

You will have the following skills & attributes;

· CPC Card

· Driving License: C UK no more than 6 points

· Digital Tachograph Card

· Excellent attitude for work

· Driven and motivated to succeed

· Ability to work within a team

· Reliable and trustworthy

· Integrity

· Previous experience in a dust cart/skip vehicle – advantageous

· Previous multi-drop experience

Shifts:

The shift pattern works on a rotation basis, however considerations may be considered for the correct candidate

Start times will be 0600 finishing around 1500-1700pm but will be dependent on the route (no nights out)

**During the client busy period you would be required to work overtime on various days– in line with the working time regulations**

Pay:

Dependant on experience and shift pattern and category
