RE Recruitment’s hospitality division are in search of a committed, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, able to demonstrate barista skills and managerial expertise in a coffee shop/cafe/restaurant business. As a Coffee Shop Floor Manager, the following skills are desirable:

As a Coffee Shop Floor Manager, you will be responsible for:

•  Steering the store’s performance daily by ensuring an effective line of command and communication between your Stores’ Manager and the wider team on the shop floor. Deliver   store rotas on time and to budget
•  Manage the performance of all team members, ensuring the presentation and delivery of service within the store is of the highest standard.
•  Assist and delegate the store’s daily tasks with a ‘hands on’ approach.
•  Assisting your HR Manager with recruitment and training of new team members on the shop floor.
•  Responsible for the cleanliness and health and safety of the store
•  Ensuring accurate completion of procedure check sheets & records
•  Dealing appropriately and professionally with complaints and suggestions
