JOB PURPOSE
- Lead CI projects across all areas of the site
- Identify and drive the implementation of best practice across site
- Coach CI project owners to deliver projects on time and in full
- Ensure project sustainability
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Identify and define projects which are aligned to the main priorities of the site and BU
- provide support and facilitate the selection of projects
- Drive progress of improvement activities across the site
- Challenge the team to identify new opportunities
- Coach CI project owners and sponsors
- Facilitate CI events and Kaizen workshops
- Complete project reviews with owners and sponsors
- Use appropriate CI methodology
- Create and support cross-functional teams to drive sustainable improvements

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive nature -Required
- Degree / HND level qualification in Engineering or Business preferred
- Manufacturing background essential
- Lean or Six Sigma certification highly desirable
- Leadership skills highly desirable
Specific Skills and Abilities
- Ability to facilitate workshops and lead CI training activities
- Ability to investigate and identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Proficient in project management
- Ability to work well in team and independently within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
Hours
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm full time
- 25 days Holiday + bank holidays
