Credit Control Supervisor

My client requires an enthusiastic and experienced full-time credit control supervisor to join them on a permanent basis for their highly reputable company based in rural Hereford. They are looking for someone with accurate typing/audio typing skills, a good telephone manner and the ability to deal with clients.

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: £35,000 or DOE

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday

Experience required: Previous experience in credit control (5 years) and supervisory (3 years)

Duties are to include the following but not limited to;

• To reconcile debtor and creditor ledgers

• Support and manage a small team

• To prepare dispute monitoring reports and Aged Receivable reports as required and use to help target and monitor the progress

• Credit checks regularly conducted on new and existing customers

• Collaboration with finance team

• Reports to the finance director and senior management team

In return the client is looking for an ambitious individual who has strong credit control and management skills, gaining a permanent role within the company.
