Credit Control Team Leader

Working as a Credit Control Team Leader, you will be supporting the head of accounts with credit control functions within the team. You will have people experience, experience within accounts or a credit control position and supervisory experience. Based in Gloucester working Monday – Friday 08.00am – 17.00pm with a salary of up to £40,000 this is a fantastic opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervising a team and supporting a manager yourself.
• Manage client portfolios.
• Regular debt reviews.
• Training & development of the team, motivation, target setting, performance monitoring and recruitment.
• Resolving credit control issues and attending regular meetings with senior management.
• Addressing any compliance issues.
• Managing and maintaining customer record details
• Ensuring all customer payment terms are adhered to.
• Submitting bad debt provisions at each month end.

Skills and attributes:

• Tech savy – Strong IT skills.
• Supervisory experience is required along with credit control experience.
• People person.
• Excellent customer service.
• Looking to grow and develop.
• Ability to take control of workload.
