Internal Customer Service – Maternity Cover
Location Tewkesbury
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual to join our clients Customer Sales Team as an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator the main purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer service when raising customer orders, or when answering pricing, stock & availability enquires, and delivery updates, both written and verbal.
In more detail:
• Act as an internal contact for specific customers, managing their order process from cradle to grave
• Process manual orders for finished goods & spares, adhering to customer agreed SLA’s and terms
• Respond to enquiries/orders providing accurate information and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure orders are raised accurately; correct customer account details, products and pricing.
• Manage internal inboxes so priority orders are not missed.
• Monitor call volumes and actively update availability to ensure answer times are within SLA.
Knowledge & Experience Required:
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Customer focused, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong positive attitude always looking for the best possible outcome/solution.
• Be able to demonstrate excellent organisation and administration skills.
• Works well under pressure individually or as part of a team and can meet tight deadlines.
• Is analytical with the ability to demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
