Customer Administrator

We are seeking a  Customer Administrator to join my client’s team in Tewkesbury.  You will ideally have previous Administrator/Coordinator experience, with strong administration and organisation skills. The position is extremely varied and fast paced, offering opportunity for development with fantastic benefits as detailed below.

The Role

As the Customer Administrator, you will support the Operations Manager on all aspects of administration, this is a very varied role ensuring excellent customer service and project compliance is achieved.

Duties and Responsibilities

Schedule jobs with customers, ensuring that the client is notified of the attendance by telephone and email.

Communication with clients, ensuring that the customer excellence is maintained.

Daily communication with engineers and project managers to ensure works are completed in an efficient and timely manner, via telephone, Microsoft Teams and email correspondence.

Daily checking of Job Cards to ensure that any additional works, visits are captured and scheduled.

Proactive scheduling of engineers to ensure resource is used effectively ie: using locations, skills matrix and customer request

Provide and efficient and effective job correspondence to the customer, including completed paperwork being sent to the customer and processed for invoicing

Raise work orders and purchase orders for works, using systems and associated paperwork

Permit requests as required for sites works, by following each customer’s permitting system

Processing of all engineer times sheets and complete overtime claims form for the Head of Operations to approve

Vetting requests as required for specific sites, by following each customer’s vetting process

 

As an individual you will need the following experience:

• Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

• Previous administration experience

• Excellent communication skills

 • Positive ‘can do’ attitude

 • Ability to work on own initiative
