Graduate Administrator – fluent in either Russian/German/Turkish/Farsi/Polish

-8.30am-5pm/9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday
-£24,500 plus benefits (Package worth £29k)
This is a great opportunity for a bilingual graduate fluent in English and either Russian/German/Turkish/Farsi/Polish with administration or customer service experience to work within an international organisation.
This is a varied role with the opportunity for you to become a specialist within your area whilst working in a friendly and dynamic office. You will answer queries received from around the world in writing and complete initial checks on new applications. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded global organisation with multiple career progression opportunities.
The role:
-Processing customer enquiries providing excellent service
-Log enquiries in a records database
-Ensure payments from customers are logged and sent for processing
-Process and respond to enquiries within expected timeframes
-Provide general administrative support
-Occasional opportunities to represent the company at external events
The person:
-A Bachelor, Postgraduate, or Masters degree
-Fluent verbal and written language skills in English and either Russian/German/Turkish/Farsi/Polish
-Meticulous attention to detail and ability to organise time effectively
-Excellent team working skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Experience of working in a busy office-based environment is advantageous
-Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude
-Professional, courteous
-Ability to thrive and remain calm under pressure
