Roles and responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers by phone, email and live chat
• Advising on interiors
• Taking orders over the phone and processing payments
• Responding to order queries
• Liaising with suppliers and chasing orders
• Administration duties

Skills and Attributes:

• Experience within retail – desirable  
• Customer service experience
• Excellent communicator
• Confident speaking via phone and email
• Interest in interiors – desirable
