Customer Service Assistant (Inbound)

We are currently seeking Customer Services Assistants to join our team based at our Head Office in Gloucester.

Our Customer Service Team is built from very talented, energetic, knowledgeable and passionate members who help us maintain fantastic reputation in the marketplace. We are looking for individuals who are proficient in customer care with professional and friendly telephone manner, thrive in extremely busy office environment along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Your key responsibilities, depending on the sales area you will be in, will include:

• Taking inbound calls which may include calls from Northern Ireland and the Netherlands
• Processing orders though calls or emails
• Deal with customer queries as they arise

What we are looking for:

• Experience working in a customer service role, in a  fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written skills displaying meticulous attention to detail
• A good consistent typing speed
• An ability to build strong relationship with customers
• To understand the significance of customer care and adhere to the high standards as set out in the company terms and conditions
• Computer literacy for use of in-house database, Navision, as well as email, photocopier, fax and telephone system
• Maintain personal productivity and high-quality standards
