My client are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their exciting business in Cheltenham. This is an office-based role, offering excellent progression opportunities and benefits. The ideal candidate will have team leader/managerial experience within retail or customer service.
Starting salary: £28,000 per annum
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 – 5
Monthly bonus on top of your base salary
Holiday entitlement plus 8 bank holidays, holiday entitlement increases with length of service

Experience within improving customer service and facilitating growth
Retail background – desirable
Interest in interiors – desirable
