Customer Service Manager

My client are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their exciting business in Cheltenham. This is an office-based role, offering excellent progression opportunities and benefits. The ideal candidate will have team leader/managerial experience within retail or customer service.

Starting salary: £28,000 per annum

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 – 5

The Role:

• Improve the customer service experience and continue growth

• Encourage excellent service, customer care and experience
• Monitor performance indicators
• Develop service procedures and policies
• Investigate and solve customers’ problems

• Take ownership of customers issues
• Measure customer satisfaction and improve services
• Analyse data
• Recruit, train and develop customer service advisors

Requirements:

• Team leader/supervisor or managerial experience
• Experience within improving customer service and facilitating growth
• Retail background – desirable
• Interest in interiors – desirable
• Excellent communicator
• IT literate
