Customer Service/ Quality Assurance Admin

Immediate start available

 

£22,000- £26,000 DOE

-Monday- Friday 8.30-17.00 (Flexible Hybrid)

-Cheltenham

 

Do you have previous customer service experience?

Due to expansion, or client is looking to appoint personable individuals in their customer service and Quality Assurance team. You will be working in a friendly and lively team within a fun office.

The role:

  • Maintain the integrity of product data on company systems
  • To maintain product data during the life of the product on various platforms
  • Liaise with suppliers on product information and build good customer relationships
  • Improving website search functionality through product descriptions, rankings, and keywords
  • To support the new product process to ensure the product is set up within agreed timescales
  • Support with product quality and safety complaints and escalate to Technical Manager if necessary
  • Complete weekly and monthly departmental reporting
  • Support with business related projects
  • To setup product within agreed timescales and effectively manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders
  • Timely support of ad hoc team tasks and projects

 

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated individual with a desire to learn and progress
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent using Excel
  • The ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail and methodical approach to working
  • Open minded, forward thinking, and adaptive to change
  • A degree level qualification and/or experience working within a busy administration role would be desirable
  • Competent using Excel
