Customer Support Advisor

A superb opportunity to work for a prestigious business based in Hereford are seeking to recruit a Technical Advisor. The successful candidate will ideally have a strong Administration and Customer Service background. Offering a superb hourly rate of £12.00 hour.

You MUST be able to start immediately.

Roles and Responsibilities of a Customer Support Advisor:

• Provide accurate information to customers on product availability, lead times, superceded part numbers and pricing.
• Accurately process customer orders received by telephone, fax, e-mail or other means using our SAP/R3 computer system (full training is provided).
• Monitor and check orders received from customers.
• Arrange collections from customers as required.
• Liaise with our warehouse despatch team to ensure on time delivery.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, or escalate to management as required.
• Establish, develop and maintain excellent relationships.

Skills and Attributes of a Customer Support Advisor:

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Strong administration skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong administration experience.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Computer literate.
