Job Purpose
The Contract QA Document Controller is responsible for collating the Quality documents required for all relevant contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Review of customer specifications to determine the documentation requirements of Energy, Water & Fire contracts as applicable.
- Control the documentation required in line with project ITPs ensuring specification details are met.
- Create Quality documentation to support the project including templates, certificates (hydro, balance, NDE etc) and reports (paint, inspection etc).
- Creation of data books, document packages and certificates of conformity and origin as required for all contracts.
- Compilation of all project procedures from SPP & vendors, e.g. NDE, welding, hydro
- Assist in the approval of material test certificates and associated documents for components delivered to Coleford.
- Submissions and Return management as required following customer requirements.
- Perform other related duties as required by the SSE Manager

- Authority to expedite Quality documentation from SPP personnel and suppliers.
- Prioritisation of own workload

- Liaises with external supply chain and internal stakeholders
- Close communication required with Contracts, Project managers, Quality & Shopfloor
