We are currently recruiting for a highly reputable, globally leading company based in Ledbury for an experienced HSE to join the growing team! You will be responisble for all compliance regarding EHS policies and legislations for the Ledbury Site

The Role: 

– Set the framework for management of Health, Safety & Enviornmental standards

– Provide advice to site manager and SMT to ensure best practice regarding HSE is being followed

– Manage site safety, hygiene and environmental inspections

– Achieving zero injuries target, carrying out invesitgations for any lost time on the site

– Ensure compliance with hygiene standards e.g. BRC, AIB and customer audits

– Identify any business need for EHS training within the site and company 

– Support in performing risk assessments and lead risk assessment program

– Manage the EMS to 14001 standards

The Ideal Candidate:

– Certified EMS training essential 

– H&S trainining NEBOSH (diploma desirable)

– Certified ISO internal auditor essential (Lead auditor level desirable)

– Knowledge and experience within manufacturing environment
