Field Service Engineer

London/Southeast – Salary – From £42,000 DOE. OTE for Fully Qualified Engineer £65,000

Working Hours (40 Hours): Monday-Friday. Weekend/On call Rota and overtime paid.

Our client is looking for Field Service Engineer to join their team working remotely around London and the Southeast. You will be required to attend site installations; this may be an event or an installation within a permanent building.

The Role:

• Develop technical knowledge of equipment, installations and portable units. Ensure equipment/Installation/unit is working safely and as intended.
• Provide excellent customer service. Identify and resolve technical issues.
• Diagnose and order parts to achieve first time fix.
• Ensure all documentation is completed in full and ensure equipment information is entered onto the computer system.
• Provide full inspection reports for the business and client.
• Ensure any ideas for improving effectiveness or efficiency are shared with line manager
• Ensure any accidents or near misses are reported to Line Manager
• Field service rolewith travelto sites around London and the Southeast. Potential for international travel.
• Always work in a safe manner, upholding company values.

The Person:

• Previous experienceand a good understanding of electrical/mechanical engineering.
• Driving licence

• COMCAT-1, COMCAT-3, COMCAT-5
