Finance and administrative assistant

Full Job description:

My client based in Pembridge, Herefordshire are looking to recruit for a Fixed term Finance and Administrative assistant for a successful, well-established company in a rural location. If you have strong administrative experience please continue reading!

Salary:

£23,000+ dependant on experience

9-12 months – permanent work for the right candidate

Shifts:

Full time –

Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30

General duties:

  • Ordering stationary and Uniform
  • Raising purchasing orders
  • Answering calls and replying to emails
  • Payroll
  • Various administrative duties

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

The candidate must have strong administrative skills

  • Have previous administrative experience
  • Must have strong IT skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excel knowledge i.e. formulas, spreadsheet creating
  • Well-organised
  • Payroll experience desirable
