Our client, a busy racecourse venue, are looking to welcome an enthusiastic finance assistant to join their family on a fixed term contract. This is an exciting and varied position within a fun and dynamic environment, on a full-time basis.

What are your responsibilities?

• To monitor outstanding purchase orders, paying particular attention to cut off dates.
• Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all invoices/credits received
• Deal with vendor/sales queries on a proactive basis and liaising with other departments to ensure prompt action.
• Ensure filing is accurate and up to date.

What are we looking for?

• An individual with strong ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong written and oral communication skills to maintain good supplier/customer and inter departmental relations.
• Someone who is prepared to assist other members of the team.
• AAT Qualification.
