£11ph + Full Time Temp to Perm + Holidays + Overtime 1.5 + Weekly production bonus (£45-44 pw)

RE Recruitment are looking for a finishing operative / spray technician for a engineering company based in Worcester. The family-owned industrial equipment supplier provides top spec crawler systems for many industries uses.

They are looking for an operative to join the finishing team readying the products with spray colour for dispatch. The last stage of production before the systems go off to clients.

The opportunity present itself as a full-time role on a temp to perm basis.

In return the company will offer a team production weekly bonus, training and career development for the right candidates. The company offer regular overtime.

The Role

*Sanding & Cleaning products ready

*Using single & two component painting systems

*Post spray inspection and post clean runs

The Person

*Drive & have own transport

*Experience of spray operations preferable engineering/factory background

*Forklift license desirable no essential
