FOOD PRODUCTION

 Job Title: Food Production Operative

 RE Recruitment, are currently looking to recruit a  Production Operative on a temporary ongoing basis to one of our well known food  producers and distributor based in Ledbury .

 Production operatives will be responsible to:

 – Work as part of a team in the factory environment

– Pick and pack orders from a pick sheet provided.

 – Locating the correct goods as per customer orders using barcodes and serial numbers

–  Adhering to safety guidelines and ensuring that all final products meet the high-quality standards of the company.

–  Meet housekeeping and hygiene standards

–  Compliance with food safety and HSE guidelines

–  Carry out instructions as given to you by your supervisor/manager

–  A positive attitude to work

Skills and experience:

-Basic numeracy/literacy

– Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment (preferred but not essential – full training will be given)

 Hours of work:

Monday to Friday:     6:00 – 14:00

                               14:00 – 22:00

                               22:00 – 06:00

Rate of pay: £11.00- £13.00 per hour.
