Job Opportunity: Front of House Staff for Exciting Event in Telford

Date: 25th November (events to take place weekly)

Are you energetic, customer-focused, and ready to be a part of a fantastic event in Telford? We’re currently seeking enthusiastic Front of House staff to join our team for an upcoming event on the 25th of November.

Shifts Available: various shifts

Pay Rate: £10.42 per hour

Requirements:

Must be over 18 years old due to the late shift time

Responsibilities:

As a Front of House team member, you will be the face of our event, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival
• Managing the flow of people in and out of the venue
• Providing excellent customer service
• Handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth event operations

Skills and Qualities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong customer service orientation

Punctuality and reliability
