New starter administration (induction paperwork, new employee records, assisting with inductions)
Logging absence, holiday and maintaining our covid log
Updating employees’ electronic records
Recruitment support (advertising roles, organising interviews and coordinating assessment mornings)
Administrative support for social events
Preparing performance review forms
Organising long service awards
Stationery ordering & filing
General administrative tasks as required
Required Skills and Attributes
CIPD Level 3 Certification preferred
Good communicator, both verbally and in writing
Competent in Word, Excel and Outlook
Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently
Confident and professional telephone manner
Diligent with good attention to detail
