Are you an HR professional/training Coordinator with an interest in L& D looking to join a national, expanding company?
Due to growth, my clients are looking to appoint a learning and development Co-ordinator, ideally with experience in a fast-moving business. You’ll be responsible for delivering and coordinating training offerings and track outcomes of learnings to support the development and growth of all employees.
The role:
- Scheduling the induction training for all new employees
- Manage all aspects of the system and support the implementation of a new HR system
- Ensure individual training records are up to date and accurate through PeopleHR
- Coordinate the process of organising training courses, including booking training providers
- Design and deliver soft skill training for the group
- Be first point of contact for external training providers
- Maintain the calendar of training events
- Issue certificates of completion and upload external training certificates
- Produce regular reports for managers ensuring data accuracy and system integrity
- Work with other senior managers where required to support the wider L&D activities
- Coordinate specific projects further enhancing the overall delivery of the company where required.
- Provides Information that is relevant and timely to support the company where required
- Maintain Qualifications register and ensures that all staff are registered with the appropriate regulatory bodies
The ideal applicant will have the following skills:
- Background in L&D/HR Administrator/Hr Coordinator/Training
- Learning and Development delivery experience
- Knowledge and experience of managing a Learning Management System
- Prioritise and organise own workload to ensure that deadlines are adhered to.
- Confident and effective telephone and presentational skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analysing, evaluating and problem solving
- Accurate data input skills
- Good IT skills MS Package (Word, Outlook, Excel & Visio
