HR Business Partner – Gloucestershire Fantastic Package

With an exciting organisational growth plan for 2023 this is a great time to join our clients HR team.

As the HR Business Partner, you will work in closely with key stakeholders and the wider group HR team to develop, shape and deliver HR generalist support. You will be on hand to advise, guide and support staff, providing high level people management and development support.

You will provide advice and support to line managers in all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment and selection, on boarding, induction, performance management, and employee relations, talent management and succession planning and engagement and wellbeing.

You will have solid experience as a HR Advisor/Business Partner, ideally within a Engineering/Manufacturing environment.

Skills & Experience

You will have previous demonstrable experience in a HR generalist role

You will be qualified to at least CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) and show a commitment to CPD by keeping up to date with current affairs, industry developments and related matters.

Experience of working within a busy, fast paced HR environment

Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team
