THE ROLE:

• Communicating with clients over the phone and by email, providing excellent customer service
• Renewals, mid-term adjustments, new business 
• Ensure the client is presented with the most suitable cover 
• Responding to queries from clients

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: 

• Insurance experience – desirable
• Customer service experience
• Ability to build rapport  
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
