Do you have insurance or customer service experience?

Seeking an enthusiastic individual to join an exciting company as an Insurance Consultant/Account Handler. You will ideally have an insurance or customer service background.

THE ROLE:

• Communicating with clients over the phone and by email, providing excellent service
• Client meetings and visits
• Renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims
• Ensure the client is presented with the most suitable cover
• Communicating with underwriters
• Responding to queries from clients

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: 

• Insurance experience – desirable
• Customer service experience
• Ability to build rapport  
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
