An exciting opportunity has become available for an IT systems Administrator to join a growing business. To provide first level hardware and software support for all staff IT enquiries, Assist with administration of network virtual infrastructures, network security, data management, and network user accounts.
The role:
- Providing first level technical support for end user computers, laptops, mobile devices, etc.
- Providing user level software support on daily applications used, including MS Office Suite, Adobe and other software
- Assisting with network user account management. (Active Directory, Exchange, etc.)
- Assisting with MFD Copier and other printer management to ensure availability and condition.
- Assist IT Manager with the with procurement and implementation of network hardware, software etc.
The Person:
- Previous experience within an IT support role providing excellent customer service
- Windows servers
- Microsoft exchange and office 365
- Networking and firewall configuration
- VM Ware / Hyper V – advantageous
- Experience with Adobe publishing suite products
- Experience with preparation and deployment of end-user hardware, software, etc
- Experience with computer and printer maintenance and repair
- Server back up software technology experience advantageous
- Friendly, flexible and helpful attitude
- Full manual driving licence
