WORKING HOURS:

Monday – Friday, 9 – 5:30

THE ROLE:

• Work with an existing book of commercial clients in order to provide a smooth customer service experience
• Support clients with their diverse range of queries within a full cycle of insurance
• Manage insurance queries- mid-term adjustments
• Manage diverse multi-class of commercial insurance products
• Respond to all queries in a timely, positive and professional manner.
• Managing diaries
• Creating and sending documents to clients
• Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
• Investigating and resolving any customer issues
• Build and maintain an excellent rapport with our clients, providers and colleagues

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Insurance experience – desirable
• Customer service or administration experience
• Excellent communicator
• Highly organised
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
