A highly recognised and praised, Top 100 law firm are looking to welcome a Legal Assistant to join the team in Oxford on a full-time and permanent basis. The main purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Personal Injury team, to ensure the department functions effectively and to enable the department to achieve its objectives. This position would be ideal for a candidate with Legal Assistant experience in the Personal Injury department, or for an assistant looking to gain experience in a new department.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage an administrative workload under the guidance of a fee earner
• Provide administrative support to fee earners including: file-opening, telephone management, document management, filing/ archiving, scanning, , email management, preparation of bundles and scanning, and dealing with post
• Draft documents and bills, under supervision, using appropriate precedents and templates to accurately reflect fee earner instructions

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience supporting Fee earners in a legal practice.
• Keen eye for detail.
• An enthusiastic and proactive individual.
• Someone who is happy to travel to various company events (UK Driving Licence Preferred)
