Job Title: Driver –  Logistics Operative

Location: Cardiff.

Salary: £11-£11.50

Duration: Permanent Opportunity.

Working in Cardiff, you will be working for a leading company who specialise in Surface Treatment as a Logistics Operative. 38 hours per week Monday – Friday with an early finish of 2pm and flexible working hours through Monday – Thursday. You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence. You will be driving around Cardiff delivering products to clients and general work within the warehouse.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To receive all callers to the goods in/out area and effect their requirements in a courteous and punctual manner.
• To ensure a customer order and all relevant documentation is processed correctly through the receiving and despatch stages of customer order processing.
• To assist with the packaging of goods and preparing of paperwork ready for despatch in preparation for carrier collection as and when required.
• To assist with the movement and loading of goods to and from delivery vehicles.
• To ensure any paperwork received at goods in/out is passed to the relevant department and to assist with filing documentation as necessary.
