Are you an Electrician with an HNC and 18^th edition? Do you have experience in PPM and Reactive electrical maintenance?

Your duties would include but not limited to the following.

• Maintain the site electrical plant and equipment to ensure the efficient and safe working of the plant.

 • Carry out preventative maintenance and installation of new equipment as required.

 • To attend break downs and assist the mechanical fitter with his shift duties.

• To respond to and act upon the fault report system.

• To work closely with shift colleagues, charge hands, operators, maintenance charge hand, shift managers, production manager, and works manager to ensure the sites targets and objectives are achieved.

• Conducting preventative and planned maintenance.

• Dealing with plant break downs.

• Carry out shut down preparatory work.

About you;

• Previous experience in a similar field, ideally from a manufacturing environment

• Recognised electrical qualification (apprentice trained, HNC or above)

• Attend to machine breakdowns and solve/ diagnose any electrical or mechanical failures

• Provide Engineering cover to suit the demands of the business

• Provide accurate information and regular progress updates as required by management

 • Knowledge of AC and DC drives and PLCs.
