Material Replenishment Co -Ordinator (Supply Chain Team)

This is an exciting opportunity to join our clients Supply Chain Team. You will be responsible for the replenishment of ingredients and packaging to meet planning requirements for the production lines.

What you will be doing –

Running MRP’s (Material Replenishment Planning) for all raw materials and packaging for production;

Purchase order ownership – from creation, ensuring supplier confirmation through to goods-in booking;

Supplier complaints and returns;

Management of stock levels both volume and value;

Manage stock availability both quality released and location ready for production;

Support new product setups and purchase ordering;

Material master accuracy and integrity;

Indirect secondary packaging procurement;

Buy-sell ingredient ordering;

Manage the logistics of inbound replenishment to our onsite warehouse or 3PL;

Import clearance of over-seas containers;

You will be: –

Quick learner and logical thinker

Excellent knowledge of Excel

Excellent numeracy skills

Studied in a Business-related qualification

Able to work in a fast-moving environment

Evidence of time management and ability to prioritise workload

Team player who can also be self-sufficient
