Private Medical Insurance Adviser

Full-time, Permanent – Stroud

Salary £24k plus uncapped commission

My client is looking for Private Medical Insurance Adviser to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on private medical insurance policies and managing a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to clients on private medical insurance policies, explaining the benefits and coverage of various policies.
• Identify clients’ needs and recommend policies that meet their requirements.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining relationships with them.
• Work closely with insurance providers to negotiate and secure the best terms for clients.
• Keep up to date with changes in the industry and advise clients accordingly.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering any queries or concerns they may have.
• Ensure that all paperwork and documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Attend training sessions and conferences to improve knowledge and skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Telephone experience desirable
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in a sales or customer service role desirable but not essential

Education:

• A-levels or equivalent
